Processing Times
Most orders are made to order and are usually shipped withinΒ 3-5 business days.
Personalised orders may take a little longer depending on the number of items in your order. Weβll always do our best to get your order made and on its way as quickly as possible.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
Australia-Wide Shipping
We currently ship within Australia.
Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Once your order has been shipped, youβll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped are:
- Standard shipping: approximately 2β8 business days
- Express shipping: approximately 1β4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weekends, public holidays and carrier delays.
Personalised Orders
Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order.
As personalised products are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations once production has started.
The Clicksters is not responsible for errors in personalised details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
If your parcel appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and weβll do our best to help.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
